In addition to our chargemaster review, MRSI offers interested facilities a no-cost audit of their coding and billing operations. We request one or two days of records, the corresponding patient registration logs, specific codes assigned to those records, and the associated UB-92’s and 1500’s. MRSI will analyze documentation, visit reconciliation, facility coding and billing, and provide a written report detailing facility performance and comparing MRSI coding to that provided; our report also includes a revenue and compliance analysis.
