Using award winning software, we can electronically index your records by provider, name, code assignment, diagnosis, and opportunities for improved physician documentation. This database can be searched and records can be pulled up within seconds for both clinical care and practice management purposes. The record database can be available to your department in the ED for real time searches over encrypted secure connections to MRSI redundant servers. MRSI will provide regular customized reports from this database for your specific practice requests. All data is backed up and to a secure location off site daily.

Implementation of MRSI’s scanning program requires nothing more than an on site physical scanner, which is supplied by MRSI, a basic internet connection, and minimal training of less than a few hours.
